STRATA RETURN POLICY
If you have received the product and are unsatisfied with the item we will accept a return within 14 days of receiving. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, expect a refund within 5-7 business days from the original method of payment.

- PACK PRODUCT WITH SUITABLE PACKAGING MATERIALS. ENSURE THAT RETURN INCLUDES MERCHANDISE IN ORIGINAL, UNWASHED, UNUSED CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS, AND AFFIX RETURN LABEL TO YOUR RETURN.
- DROP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE OFF AT ANY UPS SHIPPING LOCATION.
STRATA has partnered with Route to ensure your packages are delivered safe and securely. Route will send you real time tracking updates on your package, so you always know where it's located. Route insures your package for a small fee and in the event of your package being lost or damaged. After filing a claim, they will cover the cost of any replacements that need to be purchased and re-shipped.
